Playfulness, Erotic Innocence, Desire, Clarity
Fire
This is a virtual fire ceremony so you can participate simply by engaging with your heart during the video.
After 108 mantras, the video ends. This is a time for you to sit in meditation and integrate your experience with the energy of Lalita.
You also have the option to:
Light a candle so you have the element of fire physically present with you as well.
Use your mala (if have) and chant Om Tripurasundarayai Namaha Svaha 108x with me.
Create your own personal fire ceremony and offer rice after each mantra along with me. Here is the video link for creating a personal fire ceremony.
Meditation
Lalita Meditation Reflection:
Lalita is known as Tripurasundari, Beauty of the Three Worlds. The three worlds can be seen as many things. Here, let’s relate them to your body, mind, and spiritual essence.
If you invite the energy of playful desire into your three worlds, what could that look/feel like in your body?
What about in your thoughts and what you choose to focus upon?
And in your essence and spirit?
“I disregard the proportions, the measures, the tempo of the ordinary world. I refuse to live in the ordinary world as ordinary women. To enter ordinary relationships. I want ecstasy. I am a neurotic – in the sense that I live in my world. I will not adjust myself to the world. I am adjusted to myself.”
