Individual Soul Alignment Sessions (60-90 minutes, via Zoom):
$200 per session. This is a deep dive with personalized guidance and can include various modalities like conversation, movement, and imagery.
Soul Alignment Package (4-6 sessions):
$800 - $1200. This package can include not only the soul alignment work but also branding, writing, website assistance, social media strategy, and newsletter creation. Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the branding work and scope of services offered.
The Undying Self Sessions
I’ve worked with dozens of people who are facing grief or confronting their own mortality — and what I’ve seen is that we often need help to remember the part of us that’s timeless. The soul doesn’t die. I offer deeply compassionate, one-on-one sessions to help you reconnect with that aspect of yourself — the one that remains untouched by time or loss. What I’ve learned is that the divine shows up in the mess — in the messy conversations, the sound of your breath, the silence in-between, or the movement of your body. In these sessions, we don’t shy away from the hard truths, but we make space. We make space through movement or sound or silence or guided imagery or conversation. Reconnection Sessions (60-75 minutes, via Zoom):
$200 per session. These compassionate one-on-one sessions guide you to reconnect with the timeless, eternal aspect of yourself. The work focuses on the messy, divine process of uncovering truth through movement, breath, silence, sound, and conversation.
Soul Reconnection Package (4-6 sessions):
$1000 - $1600. A series of sessions to help you navigate grief, loss, or existential questions, reconnecting with your soul’s undying essence. The package can include personalized follow-up resources to support your journey.
Personal Movement Ritual
Together we identify 3 key energies:
What dream are you most deeply calling in at this time? You will be guided in a heart meditation to reveal your deepest desire.
What stands in the way of your desire?
What are you celebrating with gratitude in the present moment? You will be supported in a small gratitude ritual to connect more deeply with abundance and receiving.
By embodying these three themes, we feel into what music and movement can support their embodiment. We create a three song personal movement ritual and playlist for you to take home to continue to nurture and cultivate these energies in your daily experience.
