I’m Rebecca Mayer, and I created the Wisdom Keeper Yoga Training for the yoga practitioners who are here to hold the deep wisdom that’s available when you transcend your limitations and open up to infinite possibility. Through nourishment, permission, and empowerment, you’ll learn the sacred balance between discipline and devotion so you can move in the world as an integrated and expanded version of self.



In the Wisdom Keeper training, you’ll activate the 4 elements within through asana, pranayama techniques, meditation & japa, earth based ceremony, somatic movement, deep self study.
